CONCEPT

Canon needed a way to showcase their newest camera as well as put the R3's capabilities to the test. We set out to create a story of Keith Ladzinski balancing his two jobs: being a National Geographic Photographer, and being a father.

INSIGHT

The goal was to tell a raw story of what it means to be a professional photographer. Canon Explorer of Light, Keith Ladzinski has a passion for expeditions. He has made a career sharing the beauty of these hard to reach places with the world. A few years ago, Keith had a son, and his world turned on its head. Now, Keith wants to be home with his family more than ever before. In this three minute video, Triage Creative shares Keith’s duality of purpose. Triage shares how Keith balances his career and his love for his son - All while showcasing the many features of Canon's newest mirrorless camera.

Of course, we needed to put the Canon R3 in Keith's hands and let him loose. Keith struck gold. Keith showcased the camera's impressive thirty frame per second shutter over and over.

In additional to the Canon R3 Hero Video, Triage Creative put together a Behind the Scenes story, to showcase the camera’s technical capabilities. This video offered Canon’s audience the technical information they sought in addition to the story told in our Hero video.
