THE CREATION STORY

It was just another week of work for Keith Ladzinski.

His office wasn't a corner suite; it was everywhere and nowhere. A seasoned professional with a decade of experience, he’d spent the last ten years commuting around the world for a laundry list of Fortune 100 clients, collecting a dozen National Geographic stories, a hundred magazine covers, and a pair of Emmy nominations. He had all the credentials.

However, his colleague on this unassuming tourism board assignment in Chile would ignite a creative partnership like no other.

THE FIRST ENCOUNTER

The “hello” happened at Gate B42 at Denver International – the backdrop for a seemingly ordinary exchange that would become the prologue to an extraordinary future. Keith, nonchalant about the young video operator assigned to the project, crossed paths with Tommy as he attempted to exude an air of casual professionalism. At that time, Keith was just another older colleague in Tommy's eyes, and the unfounded skepticism now feels like a hilarious twist of fate.

Little did Tommy know, that seemingly unremarkable handshake was the ignition for a life-altering partnership.

A WEEK IN CHILE

As the cameras came out, the synergy between Keith and Tommy became undeniable.

Keith, living the life that Tommy dreamed of, recognized his own work ethic in Tommy's drive and ambition to refine his craft. Every drone flight, every timelapse, every portrait became a canvas for a healthy competition that fueled their creative spirits.

Powered by mutual admiration, the duo embarked on a journey that would define a lifelong pursuit of creative excellence, challenging each other to reach new heights.

FIVE YEARS LATER

In the half-decade that followed, the dynamics between Keith and Tommy continued to evolve.

Clients called Keith, and Keith called Tommy. Connections weren't just made; they were strategic chess moves, with Tommy capitalizing on opportunities that Keith's network unveiled.

With stamps on passports from four continents, adventures spanning eight countries, and a roster of a dozen clients, they were undisputed creative powerhouses. Yet, amidst their individual victories, the elusive full potential of their partnership lingered on the horizon.

THEY DOUBLE DOWN

By the time 2020 rolled around, the incessant ringing of the phone signaled a turning point. When both Eddie Bauer and Adidas clamored for documentary films, Triage Creative was born. Tommy's team took residence at 14,000 feet in the Himalaya for three months, while Keith's crew hit the Pacific Crest Trail in an RV. Real stories unfolded and the world took notice.
